
With a strong background in athletics since 2017, I’ve dedicated my career to coaching and developing athletes across multiple sports, including volleyball, basketball, track and field, and cross country. My passion for fitness and nutrition drives my commitment to helping individuals reach their full physical and mental potential. I'm currently advancing my expertise through a program in Sport and Performance Psychology at Grand Canyon University, where I'm deepening my understanding of the mental aspects that contribute to peak athletic performance. I believe in building not just stronger athletes, but more confident and resilient individuals both on and off the field.
