Mrs. Brigman has dedicated her career to education, bringing over 15 years of experience to the field. She spent 10 years in the classroom, where she cultivated a deep passion for student learning and instructional excellence. Following her time in the classroom, she joined Region 16, where she served as an Education Specialist and Learning Leader for five years, supporting numerous educational grants and initiatives across the region. In this role, she also coached school districts toward academic excellence, helping educators implement effective instructional strategies and improve student outcomes.
She earned her Bachelor of Education from West Texas A&M University and later completed her Master’s degree from Lamar University, further strengthening her expertise and leadership in the field of education.
She has been married to her husband, Justin, for 12 years, and together they are the proud parents of five grown children, all thriving in their own lives and careers.
Her commitment to education and family continues to inspire those around her. She has a deep and enduring love for education, believing wholeheartedly in its power to transform lives, build confidence, and open doors for every student.
